I'm officially an Arbitrator...

Earlier this summer I was set apart to be an indexer. I guess I did a lot more indexing than normal because I was just authorized to do arbitrations. It's kind of scary since I haven't been doing this long and I now have the final call on things. I'm not sure how ready I am for this, but I'll do my best.

    Congrats. I'm sure you'll do fine. If you have the Spirit with you, you can do no wrong.
