Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality: Chapter 113 Final Exam

I've already posted a review of how I think things will play out, but I want to make a list of all the secrets that Harry knows that he could use either as bargaining material or ways to escape.

Things the Dark Lord Knows Not

1. The mentality needed to cast Patronus 2.0
2. Partial Transfiguration/Timeless Physics
3. Stuporfy
4. The Sorting Hat's self-awareness
5. How Comed Tea works/causal arrows working backwards through time
6. Experimenting with Draco and Hermione (you can transfigure against tension, Buckeytubes, the Mendelian pattern, etc.)
7. Harry unifying with his dark side in Azkaban over their denial of Death
8. Lily Potter's potions book secret

Things That Could Potentially Be In Play

1. Cedric Diggory--Restrictions: because of transfiguration rules cannot be transfigured object (unless animagus), no known reasons for him to refrain from acting thus far; Potential: may have time turner
2. Hermione--Restrictions:  is currently unconscious; Potential: indestructible, intelligent, morality chain, can revive people with blood
3. Harry's Glasses--Restrictions: stuck to Harry's head; Potential: could be hiding any number of things (recording equipment, spare item, shield charm, etc.), enables Harry to see what's going on
4. Harry's Wand--Restrictions:  is currently pointed to ground, most spells require verbal incantation; Potential: can perform spells at the ground or perform spells that need not be pointed in a particular direction to work
5. Harry's Pouch--Restrictions:  is currently out of his possession; Potential: contains all quest items except those already on Harry's person
6. Harry's Time Turner--Restrictions:  is currently out of his possession, can only be used by Harry; Potential: has one hour of time left, can be rigged to explode
7. Millicent Bullstrode's Time Turner--Restrictions:  is nowhere near anything; Potential: may be used to get help
8. Toering Portkey--Restrictions:  is currently out of his possession (likely in pouch); Potential: can get him (and Hermione) out of there
9. James' Rock--Restrictions: possibly out of his possession; Potential: can be used as shield or weapon
10. Cloak of Invisibility--Restrictions:  is currently out of his possession; Potential: can keep him hidden
11. Roger Bacon's Diary--Restrictions: is currently out of his possession; Potential: is Hermione's horcrux 
12. The fact that Harry knows how to get around the Death Mark's tongue binding--Restrictions: Voldemort is still capable of threatening his servants; Potential: Harry might persuade Death Eaters to help him
13. Medical kit--Restrictions:  is currently out of his possession; Potential: healing self and others if necessary
14. Philosopher's Stone--Restrictions:  is currently out of his possession; Potential: making any transfiguration permanent
15. Mirror of Perfect Reflection--Restrictions:  is nowhere nearby; Potential: these events may be occurring within the Mirror, can create parallel universes
16. Elder Wand--Restrictions: location unknown; Potential: it's the freaking Elder Wand, if nothing else, Hermione can use it
17. Short Rod of Dark Stone--Restrictions: location unknown; Potential: is the Line of Merlin Unbroken, may have been bequeathed to Harry
18. The Resonance between Harry and Voldemort--Restrictions: must make contact to work, unknown side-effects for Harry; Potential: can disable Voldemort
