I have finished the first draft of my book, more or less. There are a few major edits I'm aware of that I need to take care of before I look for more problems with it, but the story has found a resting place. There's probably enough unresolved threads for a sequel should I want to attempt one, but that can wait.
Also, today was a milestone for me in another way: I found out that I'm in a relationship. I decided to go for the hand-holding during church today with Daniel (and shortly after the talk was about adultery...not what I wanted to hear at that moment, but oh well). It's also Daniel's birthday, so I decided to make him a cake. During this process, my home teacher came by to home teach and he asked me if the rumors were true that we were dating. I was of the "I think so...maybe" stance until this point--apparently my home teacher and roommate know more about my relationship than Daniel and I combined. Of course, both of them are engaged, so they probably do. ;)
